Cooking Instructions

Soak the all daal for 4 5 hours.

Cut coriander leaves in small size.

Now drain the water of the daals.

Now mix all ingredients in mixture jaar and grind for 2 3 minutes.

Now put paste on the bowl and mix as well.

Now put kadai on the gas and add oil for deep fry.

When oil is hot then drop the vada and fry untill the light brown.

All vada drop ini the oil with spoon or your hands.

Serve hot vada with fry green chilli and sauce or sweet chatni.
