Ingredients

  • 2 clovegarlic, sliced thinly
  • 2 tbspolive or vegetable oil
  • 8 cupleft-over white rice
  • 1salt to taste

  1. 1

    Fry garlic until slightly brown. Add cooked rice and fry for 5 minutes. Put salt and mix thoroughly. Fry for another 5 minutes over low-medium heat.
