Ingredients

  • 32 ozswansons vegetable broth
  • 8 cupwater
  • 6 eachchicken bouillon cube
  • 3 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tbspbasil
  • 1 tbsporegano
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 mediumlemon juice
  • 1/2 largered onion diced
  • 1/2 largesweet onion diced
  • 1/2 packagessmall carrots
  • 1 packagessliced mushrooms
  • 1 largegreen pepper sliced medium squares
  • 2 smallpersian cucumbers sliced in circles
  • 6 stickcelery diced
  • 5 mediumpotatoes cute into medium pieces
  • 1 cantomatoes
  • 6 oztomato paste (basil, oregano,garlic)
  • 3 largecorn cobs cracked in 3s

Steps

  1. 1

    Use a large soup pan on medium high heat. Add water, broth and boullion cubes bring to boil. While waiting for broth to start boiling add spices, tomato paste and lemon juice. When mixture comes to boil add all vegetables including can tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 1 hour and 30 min. Add honey and sugar last 15 min of cooking
