Ingredients

  1. 32 ozswansons vegetable broth
  2. 8 cupwater
  3. 6 eachchicken bouillon cube
  4. 3 tbspgarlic powder
  5. 1 tbspbasil
  6. 1 tbsporegano
  7. 1 tbspsugar
  8. 1 tbsphoney
  9. 1 mediumlemon juice
  10. 1/2 largered onion diced
  11. 1/2 largesweet onion diced
  12. 1/2 packagessmall carrots
  13. 1 packagessliced mushrooms
  14. 1 largegreen pepper sliced medium squares
  15. 2 smallpersian cucumbers sliced in circles
  16. 6 stickcelery diced
  17. 5 mediumpotatoes cute into medium pieces
  18. 1 cantomatoes
  19. 6 oztomato paste (basil, oregano,garlic)
  20. 3 largecorn cobs cracked in 3s

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Use a large soup pan on medium high heat. Add water, broth and boullion cubes bring to boil. While waiting for broth to start boiling add spices, tomato paste and lemon juice. When mixture comes to boil add all vegetables including can tomatoes. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 1 hour and 30 min. Add honey and sugar last 15 min of cooking
