Ingredients

  • 2 glassesrice
  • 3potatoes
  • 2carrots
  • 1large onion
  • 2tomatoes
  • Cooking oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the potatoes and wash them and cut them in to small pieces

  2. 2

    Fly the onion till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and carrots Waite they cook

  4. 4

    Add potatoes

  5. 5

    Add 4 glasses of water and wait it to boil

  6. 6

    Wash the rice and add into boiling water

  7. 7

    Waite for it to cook

  8. 8

    Serve when hot
