Ingredients

  1. 10Small pieces of chopped cassava,35g of dry mushroom,onions,tomatoes,cooking fat and salt

Steps

    Ensure you wash your ingredients above with clean water,boil each of them separayely,take another clean sufuria then put on your source of heat before adding your best choice of cooking fat/oil,allow it heat then add your onions,you can as well add garlic if you have,ensure they change its original colour to golden colour then you add your chopped tomatoes,stir gently until the colour of the mixture will start achieving the colour of tomatoes

    Finally add your boiled mushroom and cassava respectively after every 2 minutes.mix very well gently,you can now add your salt in your mixture,little water then cover it allow it boil for 5-10 minutes depending on your source of heat

    Your food will be ready,serve with your your family/friends as you enjoy the meal
