Heat a pan add water,sugar syrup,salt.when water start boiling add semolina.stir.

When water remains 1/3 than add maida.stir and stir.

When all water shoak,the dough is ready.

Now make the dough as roti gola.

Roll it with the help of rolling pin.

Heat a wok add oil and dip fry the meethi puri or kakora

Meethi puri is ready.
