Tried something different from pizza...mix boiled potatoes mozzarella cheese all mix herbs and filled it in bread dough...

For bread dough

Mix both flour yeast sugar salt and oil together and make a sticky dough with lukewarm water

Take the dough on the working area and kneed it for 10 minutes until you get a smooth elastic dough

Keep the dough in a greased bowl covered with cling wrap for 45 minutes

Punch the dough to release excess air and kneed it again with light hands for only 3-4 minutes

Roll it square with a rolling pin

Take a bowl peal and mash the potatoes mix all it with herbs salt and cheese

Spread mayonnaise and sauce on the dough and then evenly spread the stuffing

Roll it out in bread shape and pinch the ends

Put this rolled dough in greased bread tin

Give it a milk wash and spread some herbs on it

Cover it again with cling wrap for 20 minutes

Preheat the oven on 200 degree for 15 minutes

Bake this bread on 200 degree for 35 minutes

Take it out give a rest of 5 minutes abd then unmould it and cut it in big pieces

Serve it hot
