Steps

Mix buttermilk, gram flour,water,ginger paste,हींग, haldi salt and sugar to prepare a thin batter.

Cook in thick bottom vessel.Stir continuously to avoid lump.

After 8-9min.mix.is cooked.

Apply thin layer of mix on greesed plain surface of any inverted tray or thali and let it be cool. And sprinkle corriender leaves and coconut.

In between preapre tadka using grated coconut curry leaves and mustard seeds...

Spread it over the mix. Cut the strips and roll them. Khandvi is ready
