Ingredients

4boiled potato
1 bowlcrushed corn
1 bowlsoaked poha
2 spoonbajara flour
1 spoonchat masala
1 spoonsalt
1 spoonroasted jeera
1 spoonroasted till
1 spoonsaunf crushed
1 spoonred chilli powder
1/2 spoongaram masala
oil for fry

Steps

1

Take a one bowl and add all ingredients and mix as well with hands.

Take a dough in hands and make a tikki.

Put a pan on the gas and add oil for deep fry.

When oil is hot then drop the tikki in the oil and fry till the light brown.

Serve with tomato ketchup or green chatni
