Really don't have much of a back story on this. Just my mom has made these for over 40 years, and now I am sharing this with you

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat the oven to the broil setting on the oven.
- 2
Take some heavy duty tin foil and create a boat to hold the dogs for cooking, and place it on the broiler pan
- 3
Precook 2 pieces of bacon for each hot dog you want to prepare. Do not overcook the bacon, because you need it limp enough to wrap around the hot dog.
- 4
Slice the hot dog down the middle. Be careful not to cut all the way through the dog, so it will hold the sauce, onion and cheese. I recommend Oscar Meyer Hot Dogs
- 5
Pour BBQ sauce in the middle of the sliced hot dog. I recommend using Open Pit BBQ sauce.
- 6
Take some of the finely diced onions and place on top of the BBQ sauce. You will want the onions as finely diced as possible so it doesn't stretch the dog.
- 7
Slice Brick of cheese into small square wedges and place them on top of the onion and BBQ sauce.
- 8
Wrap the bacon around the dog and place in the tin boat on the broiler pan.
- 9
Once you have all your dogs wrapped in bacon and in the tin boat, place the broiler pan in the oven.
- 10
Cook the dogs just long enough to melt the cheese wedges and finish cooking the bacon.
- 11
Place the wrapped dogs in a hot dog bun with your favorite condiments.

Plain Hot Dog Rolls Plain Hot Dog Rolls
This is a bread recipe that my child loves to eat topped with various toppings. I made the bread simple so it didn't overpower the flavor of the toppings. You'll get a soft, fluffy roll from this recipe. With simple ingredients, these are easily made plain bread rolls. Once you have formed the dough into a ball, if you top it with sesame seeds, they become hamburger buns. Make sure to properly punch down the dough, and form the dough properly. Simple Regular Hot Dog Simple Regular Hot Dog
Nothing to it really, just make and eat it normally. This is really quite simple. You should use non-melting cheese. If you want to add a little something, adding mustard at the end is okay. You can also add chopped onions. For a more adult taste, you can use salsa instead of ketchup. Recipe by madam G cookpad.japan -

Beef Hot Dogs with Radish Slaw Beef Hot Dogs with Radish Slaw
The bare bones of this salad/slaw recipe are in Margaret Costas' Four Seasons Cookbook. I simply adapted it to pair it up with beef sausages in a hot dog that is good for an early Spring barbecue. If you can get kosher beef hot dogs or Viennas, use them. I had to use some bangers Celeste -
Vegetarian Hot Dog Vegetarian Hot Dog
My Indian friend used to make this. I am not vegetarian or Vegan. She uses some magic spices and they taste so good. I tried to make once, it was terrible . Was very soft, I couldn't give any shape , Second time, After I steam them they lost their firmnesses , I guess best way to steam them to "wrap" them. After you open and keep cool them little bit. Then Grill them . Hope you play with this recipe and share with us, my kid didn't like very much, but you know what she eat them all. Rae
