Growing up after carving pumpkins with my mother, she would always use the seeds from the pumpkin and make pumpkin seeds. Over the years after moving away from home I have held on to our family tradition adding a little new tradition to the mix! ♡

Cooking Instructions

Soak pumpkin seeds in salt water, leave in refrigerator over night

Strain water, dab seeds with paper towel until dry
- 3
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 4
Use 2tbs Olive Oil, mix all ingeredients to your preffered liking
- 5
Cracked pepper, Salt, Ceyenne, Garlic Powder. Mix olive oil and the rest of your spices with your seeds

Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown, check seeds every 10 minutes removing baking sheet from oven and stirring

This is one of my recipes that I've never really measured the quantities for because my mom never measured so could never tell me herself. What's listed is based on eyeball guesstimate while adding. Lol. If you want them bolder or lighter in flavor adjust seasoning accordingly, but I would leave the butter at the same ratio. StephieCanCook -
