1 cupself-rising flour
1large egg
1 tbspwhite granulated sugar
1 tbsplight brown sugar
1/2 cupmilk
1/4water
2 tbspwhite vinegar

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then mix together.

Let sit for a few minutes.

Grease a pan or griddle and ladle pancake mix into pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
