  1. 1 cupself-rising flour
  2. 1large egg
  3. 1 tbspwhite granulated sugar
  4. 1 tbsplight brown sugar
  5. 1/2 cupmilk
  6. 1/4water
  7. 2 tbspwhite vinegar

    Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then mix together.

    Let sit for a few minutes.

    Grease a pan or griddle and ladle pancake mix into pan. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
