  • 500 gmCurd
  • 1/2 cupSugar powder
  • 1/2 tspEllaychi powder
  • 10-12Kesar strands

Steps

  1. 1

    Hang curd for 4-5 hours

    Add sugar powder, ellaychi powder & kesar in hung curd. Whisk with hand blender for 10 minutes until Fluffy.

  3. 3

    Keep it in fridge for 1/2 hour before serving.

    Serve chilled kesar ellaychi shrikhand
