Add oil in a clean sufuria and put over heat

Heat the oil for two minutes then add the onions

Heat until the onions turn golden brown

Put the the fish and stir continuously for around 7 minutes

Add a mixture of tomatoes and Dania

Stir continuously until you get a perfect mix

Add a pinch of salt and cover to boil for 5 minutes

Fried fish can be best served with ugali
