  1. 4 cupJasmine rice
  2. 9 cupwater
  3. 1/2 cupmirin
  4. 2 largekaffir lime leaves
  5. 1 1/4 cupsweet peas
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 stickmargarine
  8. 1/4 tspcream of tartar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add mirin, water, salt, cream of tartar and kaffir lime leaves. Bring to boil.

    Add margarine and rice. Stir well.

    Cook till rice is done add green peas
