Ingredients

18 servings
  • 4 cupJasmine rice
  • 9 cupwater
  • 1/2 cupmirin
  • 2 largekaffir lime leaves
  • 1 1/4 cupsweet peas
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 stickmargarine
  • 1/4 tspcream of tartar

Steps

  1. 1

    Add mirin, water, salt, cream of tartar and kaffir lime leaves. Bring to boil.

    Add margarine and rice. Stir well.

    Cook till rice is done add green peas
