Giraffe pattern roulade with nutella filling.

Mix together the spots ingredients. Transfer to a piping bag. Pipe out on a parchment paper as giraffe patterns.

Freeze for a about 10 mins.

While the spots r freezing, prepare the sponge mixture. Melt the butter n add sugar n mix until creamy. Add one egg at a time. Add essence n mix well. Fold in the flour slowly. We dnt want the air in the mixture to reduce.

Take out the baking tray with the spots. Transfer the sponge mixture. Spread well.

Bake at 150°c to about 10 mins or until done. Take out n transfer immediately into a kitchen towel. There should be parchment paper on both sides of the cake. Roll the towel along with the cake in it. Let it cool completely.

Once cooled, spread out nutella generously n roll again. Serve.
