1st using mixer make a mixture of buttermilk, green chilli, besan and ginger and grind it till it become mix

Heat 1 tsp ghee. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves and 1 tsp of turmeric and pour butter milk mixture in it. Mix it

Add salt and sugar. And cook it for just one boil. And serve it hot with khichadi.
