Ingredients

20 minutes
2 cones
  1. 250 gPaneer
  2. 2Papads formed in a cone shape
  3. 1 tbspcornflour
  4. 1 tspjeera powder
  5. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  6. 2-3chopped green chilies
  7. 1big chopped tomato
  8. 1medium size onion, chopped
  9. 2 tspchopped Coriander leaves
  10. as neededBhujia sev
  11. as per taste Salt

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the Paneer in small cubes, then sprinkle cornflour on the chopped Paneer.

    Fry the Paneer on a frying pan, until Paneer is golden brown.

    Keep it aside for 5 minutes, so that it cools down.

    Then, take a bowl and put onion, tomatoes, chillies, jeera powder and chaat masala.

    Add little Coriander, salt and bhujia sev in the bowl and mix the mixture well

    Decoration: Put the chaat in the papad cone and garnish it with Coriander and remaining bhujia sev. Then place the remaining chaat in a bowl and place the cones horizontally in the bowl.
