Take a pan add oil mustard cumin and daals in hot pan in goes with curry leaves chilli hing and stir fry...

Add rava / semolina / suji into pan and stir fry till light golden brown..switch off the flame and let it be cool aside...

In a bowl add above suji mixture water, curd..make it like a idli thick cinsistency...let this aside to 10 min.

Heat the steamer with water..grease the idli plates..

Add baking soda and eno in the batter...when idli stand (steamer) starts boiling, pour the batter in idli plates and place it in the steamer...cook it around 10 to 12 min...

Switch off the flame..let it be cool...remove them with help of knife..also u can check them before serve..(put clean knife into the idli if it becomes clean back then its perfect)

Serve oats idli with coconut chutney or sambhar...
