An kadai mein oil garam kere gobhi ko thoda fry kar ke nikal le

Ab bache oil mein whole spice and bay leaf dale after 2min chopped garlic and chilli dale

An onion dale saute Karein pink hone tak

Ab aloo gobhi mater dale salt and haldi dal ke mix kere

Lid laga ke cook karein

Half cook hone per dhaniya powder and garam masala dale mix karein and lid laga ke cook karein

Last mein aamchoor dale (optional)

Ab flame off kar de bas ready hai aloo gobhi matar ki sukhi sabji enjoy with roti / paratha ya dal chawal
