Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmaida
  2. 1/2 cupsuji
  3. 50 gmoil for moyan
  4. 1/2 cupurad dal
  5. 1 tablespoonkasuri methi
  6. 1 tablespoonsaunf crushed
  7. 1/2 tablespoonjeera
  8. 1/3 tablespoonajwain
  9. 1/2 tablespoondhaniya powder
  10. 1/2 tablespoonred chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tablespoon turmeric powder
  12. 1 pinchhing
  13. 1/4 tablespoongaram masala
  14. 2green chilli chopped
  15. 1 inchchopped ginger
  16. as neededgreen coriander leaves chopped
  17. as par tasteSalt
  18. as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehle aap maida or suji mein salt or 50 gm oil dal kar hatho se mix karle or water dal kar ek dough bana kar 30 minutes ke liye dhak kar rakh de

    Urad dal ko whole night soak kar water remove kar mixi se dardara paste bana le

  3. 3

    Ab aap ek pan ko gas par garam kar oil dale usme jeera ajwain dal kar fry karein jab golden colour ho jaye to sabhi masala add kar fry karein

  4. 4

    Pour in dish chill room temperature or ek kadai ko gas par garam kar oil dale

  5. 5

    Dough se chote pede banale or roller pin ki help se chota sa bel kar stuffing karle, fir se bel kar deep fry karein esi parkar sabhi khasta tayar kar le

  6. 6

    Lijiye aap ki khasta ready for serving

  7. 7

    Note slow flame par cook karna hai nahi to under se kachhi reh jayngi
