Ingredients

  • 2zucchini.. made into noodles
  • 1yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cupzucchini
  • 1/2 cupsnow peas
  • 3 tbspgarlic chopped
  • 2 tbspginger chopped
  • 3 tbspred chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsppeanut oil
  • 3 tbspsoyasauce
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • 1salt

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat peanut oil in a pan.. add ginger garlic and fry for a min. Add all the veggies and fry for till cripsy

    Add soyasauce and sugar and mix well. Cook for 2 mins

  3. 3

    Add zucchini noodles and cook for another 2-3mins.

  4. 4

    Add salt according to taste
