Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2large russet potatoes
  • 1garlic powder to taste
  • 1pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 tbspbacon bits
  • 1 cupbroccoli florlets
  • 6 tbspbutter
  • 1/3 cupgrated sharp cheddar
  • 1/3 cupsour cream

Steps

    Clean and pierce potatoes with fork. Bake at 450 for 1 hour 25 min. Let cool. Cut potatoes in half length wise and scoop out inside and place in large bowl with all other ingredients besides cheese. Mash together. Stuff potatoe halves with mixture topping with cheese and bake at 350 for 25 min.
