Ingredients

  • 2bunches of cilantro
  • 1bunch of culantro
  • 1 packagessweet Spanish peppers
  • 20garlic cloves
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 1red pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a food processor or blender add all ingredients and blend well.

  2. 2

    I usually store it in 12 oz containers. I leave one in the refrigerator and freeze the others until needed to be used.
