Ingredients

  1. 2chicken breast cubed
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  4. 1 tbspadobo
  5. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  6. 1 envelopesazon
  7. 2 tbspsofrito
  8. 1 jarchopped pimientos
  9. 1spanish onion chopped
  10. 1green chopped green bell pepper
  11. 1 boxelbow macaroni
  12. 1/4 cupmayo

Steps

  1. 1

    in a large bowl marinate your chicken with vinegar, adobo, garlic powder, sazon and set aside

  2. 2

    in a pan heat oil on medium heat, add Sofrito, and pimiento and saute until oil starts to turn green

  3. 3

    add chicken and saute until chicken is fully cooked.

  4. 4

    boil macaroni as directed on box in very salty water. Once finished rinse in very cold water.

  5. 5

    chop green bell peppers and onions and add to macaroni

  6. 6

    add chicken with drippings and mayo. Mix together and serve at room temperature
