We need iron tawa for this.

Clean rajgira.

First heat tawa on maximum flame. And make flame low and pour clean rajgira on it. Using thick cloth stir it with little pressure so it popped open.

Now once almost all popped open take it off the flame and immdiatley sprinkle powder sugar and salt. And mix it and let it cool down. And eat it.
