Steps

Heat oil and add jeera and hing, garlic and ginger in it. And fry it for few seconds. Later add chopped onion and potato and cook it till it become translucent.

Add all spices and mix it.

Later add peanuts dal and rice and saute it for 3 mins. And then add hot boiling water around double size. Add salt and ghee. And either pressure cook it or put lid on and frequently give a stir.

Serve it hot.
