Clean, trim and quarter all of your mushrooms.

Next, chop your garlic. Set aside. Chop your rosemary and set this aside as well.

Add your butter and extra virgin olive oil to a large pan over med. to high heat. E.v.o.o. helps the butter not to burn.

Next add your mushrooms to the oil and butter and suate them until they start to carmelized on all sides.

Next add your garlic, rosemary and lemon juice and stir for about a minute or so. Let the ingredients mix together.

Finally, plate, and add salt and fresh cracked black pepper to finish.
