Ingredients

  • 200 gramsFrozen peas defrosted
  • 6 sliceProsciutto ham
  • 180 gramsBocconcini
  • Vinaigrette
  • 1Juice of one orange
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 smallHandful of mint finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Juice one orange then reduce it on the stove to intensify the flavors add chopped mint and then pour into a shaker add the oil and shake vigorously to emulsify.

  2. 2

    Mix the bocconcini, peas and prosciutto and pour over the vinaigrette and throw some small mint leaves to finish
