Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsFrozen peas defrosted
  2. 6 sliceProsciutto ham
  3. 180 gramsBocconcini
  4. Vinaigrette
  5. 1Juice of one orange
  6. 2 tbspOlive oil
  7. 1 smallHandful of mint finely chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Juice one orange then reduce it on the stove to intensify the flavors add chopped mint and then pour into a shaker add the oil and shake vigorously to emulsify.

  2. 2

    Mix the bocconcini, peas and prosciutto and pour over the vinaigrette and throw some small mint leaves to finish
