Ingredients

  1. 28 ozmulticolored potatoes
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen sweet green peas
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  5. 1 1/4 cupmayonnaise, I used Hellmans with olive oil
  6. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder
  7. 1 tsponion powder
  8. 1/2 cupsour cream

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Wash and quarter the potatoes leave potato skins on

    Put in a pot cover the potatoes with water and boil till fork tender

  3. 3

    Add to a bowl add seasonings mayonnaise peas and sour cream
