1 kgchicken breast
100 mlbarbeque sauce
100 mlketchup
2tea spoons black pepper
1 tea spoonmixed herbs
1 table spoongrated ginger

Chop the chicken breast into cubes.

Marinate the chicken breast pieces in the ketchup, barbeque sauce, black pepper, ginger and mixed herbs.

Set a hot pan and add cooking oil then add the chicken breast pieces.

Cook for 10-15mins for a nice cook. Serve with your favourite assortment. I used rice.
