Back in eldoret visiting more Cookpad friends I was looking for a good chicken breast recipe and this was simple and still very delicious. Everyone enjoyed it!

Chop the chicken breast into cubes.

Marinate the chicken breast pieces in the ketchup, barbeque sauce, black pepper, ginger and mixed herbs.

Set a hot pan and add cooking oil then add the chicken breast pieces.

Cook for 10-15mins for a nice cook. Serve with your favourite assortment. I used rice.
