Anytime i make this soup,it dosent last because it tastes really great.
Steps

Soak the vegetables with enough water and wash with salt.

Slice nicely,and keep aside.

Wash the meat and wash stock Fish with warm water and salt..

Boil both with intensive heat for 30minutes.

Taste to confirm is tender and soft.

Wash the periwinkle and remove the head.
- 7
Pour like 2 n half cup of water and palmoil.and boil like 3mins.

Mix the ofo with 1cksp of water.and add into the pot.

Uncover the pot now and allow for 4-6minutes.the ofo will have thicken the soup by now.

Add crayfish,salt,fresh pepper,maggi and allow it to boil at least for 5minutes.

Pour in the periwinkle,boil for 1minute and pour in the sliced vegetables.

Stir vigourously for few seconds and is ready to be enjoyed.
