Ingredients

  1. 1babyback pork ribs
  2. 1 cupbbq sauce of choice
  3. 1/4 cupmustard
  4. 1/4 cupseason all salt
  5. 8 tbspsugar
  6. 6 tbspgarlic powder
  7. 2 tbspfresh black pepper
  8. 2 tbspsalt

  1. 1

    Sm. Wood chips of choice over fire in any pit, i use metal rnd. Cake pan

  2. 2

    Peel membrane from bottom of rack (very imp.)

  3. 3

    Pat ribs dry with pap.twl. rub with mustard all over

  4. 4

    Mix dry ing. In cup, sprinkle over ribs entirely and pat

  5. 5

    Place ribs away from direct fire on pit and keep at 250 to 300°F for 3 hrs.

  6. 6

    Pull from pit, baste heavy with sauce, foil wrap well, back in pit or oven at same temp for 2 hrs.

  7. 7

    Pull, unwrap, baste heavy, back in PIT for 1 hr.

  8. 8

    Pull and serve, be careful pulling they will be tender
