  • 2 cuplong grain rice (or 3 1/2 cups instant)
  • 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil
  • 1 envelopeOnion soup mix
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 1 canmushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cupcelery, chopped
  • 1 largegreen pepper, chopped
  • 3 1/2 cupwater

    Combine all ingredients into a roasting pan or dutch oven. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F
