Ingredients

3 cupCooked chicken
2 cuplong grain rice (or 3 1/2 cups instant)
1/2 cupsoy sauce
1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 envelopeOnion soup mix
1 mediumonion, chopped
1 canmushrooms, sliced
1 cupcelery, chopped
1 largegreen pepper, chopped
3 1/2 cupwater

Combine all ingredients into a roasting pan or dutch oven. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F

If you wish you can substitute the chicken for another meat. The picture above I used shrimp
