Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupsboiled beans
  2. 1 cuprice
  3. 2onions
  4. 1tomato
  5. Black pepper
  6. Bayleaves
  7. Tumeric powder
  8. 2garlic cloves
  9. Salt
  10. Cooking oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Fry your onion untill golden brown. Add the beans and season with salt and spices. Add crushed garlic and a little water to simmer.

  2. 2

    In another sufuria, add tumeric and a spoonful of blueband and a pinch of salt. Add two cups of water and put to boil.

  3. 3

    Add your rice and cover to simmer.

  4. 4

    Serve and garnish with tomatoes and white onion.
