My family loves breakfast, so I am always trying new twists on our favorite classics. This taste great with honey or pecan syrup. They are very filling, my boys eat 2 pancakes each.

2eggs
2 cupall-purpose flour
2 1/4 cupbuttermilk
2 tbspsugar
1 1/2 tspsalt
1 1/4 tbspbaking powder
1 1/2 tspbaking soda
2large shredded apples
2 tspground cinnamon

Whisk eggs in large bowl

Add buttermilk to eggs and whisk together

Add all dry ingredients ( with the exception of the apples ) and mix well

Add apples and stir well.

Pour desired amount ( I use 1/4 cup ) on hot griddle. Cook for about 2 min and flip over.
