Ingredients

  1. 350 gramspotatoes
  2. 1/2 packagesmushrooms
  3. 1 largeonion
  4. 2Mozzarella
  5. 1/2 tspthyme
  6. 1chopped parsley (fresh or dry)
  7. 1olive oil (to fry)
  8. 1salt, pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook potatoes half an hour. Add salt to water before.

    In the mean time, chop the onion roughly into squares.

  3. 3

    Quarter the mushrooms.

  4. 4

    Chop the mozzarella finely.

  5. 5

    When the potatoes are ready, start frying the onion in olive oil.

  6. 6

    Fry the onions till they are a caramel color, adding water from the potatoes if necessary (good for taste).

    Next add the mushrooms and herbs, salt and pepper.

    Fry adding more water for 2-4 min.

    Lastly, add mozzarella to pan. Stir until melted.

    Cut the potatoes on a plate. Pour the mushroom sauce on top.

    Sprinkle some fresh parsley (if you have some) and ENJOY!
