  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1 bunchGreen Onion
  • 2jalapeños
  • 1 cupbread crumbs
  • 1 cupSeasoned Flour

Steps

    Clean Chicken and flatten

  2. 2

    In food processor chop pepper

  3. 3

    Then add cheese

  4. 4

    Spread on lightly seasoned chicken

  5. 5

    Roll up secure with toothpicks

  6. 6

    Mix breadcrumbs and season flour coat chicken evenly

  7. 7

    Spray Pan With Oil

  8. 8

    Bake until golden brown about 45 mins

  9. 9

    Spray top of chicken with butter oil spray Bake at 350°

  10. 10
