This cake can be served for breakfast or bunch like a coffee cake . It's also great as a snack or a dessert. It freezes great in slices to take out when you need it. Add a frozen slice to a lunch bag to thaw and be ready for lunch!

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 inch springform pan with bakers spray

Whisk flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice in a bowl

In a large bowl beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar until light and fluffy

Add eggs one at a time, beating after each egg

Stir in flour just until well mixed, do not overmix

Fold in apples and cinnamon chips

Scrape batter into prepared pan, it will be thick. Smooth with an off set spatula

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out just clean. Cool on wire rack for about 45 minutes before realease ng from pan.

MAKE GLAZE

Heat cream just until hot, pour over cinnamon chips in a bowl. Let sit one minute then stir until smooth. Refrigerate about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring often to thicken some

Pour over cake, decorate with white sprinkles while glaze is wet. Let glaze set before slicing
