I always opted for the store bought fondue mix... But since I learned and started making my own, the fondue experience got a lot better! You can always play with different cheeses and spices!

Grate all the cheese

In a stove pot or directly on your fondue pot, heat the wine and slowly add the grated cheese, stirring constantly until it melts

Mix the gin and corn starch together until dissolved, add to the pot. Optional: add the garlic clove
- 4
Bring to boil and season with the nutmeg and the pepper.

If not thick enough, add more corn starch/gin, otherwise add more wine.

Serve with bread, or other dippers like grapes, apples, cherry tomatoes...
