  1. 1 tbspGround Black Pepper
  2. 1 tbspGround White Pepper
  3. 1 tbspSugar
  4. 2 tspCayenne Pepper
  5. 2 tbspChili Powder
  6. 1 tbspGround Cumin
  7. 1 tbspGarlic Powder
  8. 1 tbspBrown Sugar
  9. 1 tbspGround Oregano
  10. 4 tbspPaprika (sweet)
  11. 1 tspdry mustard
  12. 1 tbspCelery Salt
  13. 1 tbspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients. Rub into meat and wrap in plactic wrap. Refrigerate for 8 - 12 hours.
