Ingredients

  • 500 gramsmince (beef or lamb)
  • 1onion, chopped finely
  • 2garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbspdried origanum
  • 1egg
  • 70 gramsalmond flour
  • 15 gramschopped parsley
  • 1Himalayan salt and black pepper
  • 1coconut oil
  • 30 gramsbutter

    Combine all ingredients except oil and butter in a big bowl.avoid over beating or it will make meat tough?

  2. 2

    Form into balls

  3. 3

    Heat coconut oil and butter in a pan and fry meatballs until golden and cooked.

  4. 4

    Serve with mashed pumpkins or H's creamy cauliflower mash
