  1. 1cucumber shaved into ribbons
  2. 1/4 cupwater
  3. 1/2 tspxylitol
  4. 2 tbsprice vinegar
  5. 8drops of tabasco sauce
  6. 1himalayan salt

    Place the cucumber in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add the water, rice vinegar, xylitol and tabasco sauce and gently toss through.

  3. 3

    Allow to stand for 10 mins in fridge and then season with salt.
