Ingredients

  1. Ajillo sauce
  2. 2 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tbspchopped garlic
  4. 2 cupchicken stock
  5. 3 dashhot sauce
  6. 1/4 cupcold water
  7. 2 tspcorn starch
  8. 1 tbspolive oil
  9. 1 lbjumbo shrimp
  10. 1 tbspcarribean jerk seasoning
  11. 1Red pepper julienned

Steps

  1. 1

    For sauce, heat garlic in oil. Add stock and hot sauce and bring to a boil.

    Mix corn starch and water together to make slurry.

  3. 3

    Slowly add slurry to sauce. Turn off heat.

  4. 4

    Dust shrimp with seasoning.

  5. 5

    Saute shrimp in oil. Add peppers.

    Add sauce to shrimp.

    Serve with crusty bread.
