  1. 4 smallavocados
  2. 24 ozcottage cheese
  3. 16 ozChile de arbol salsa

    Cut avocados and take the pits out, and scoop avocados into a blender.

  2. 2

    Put Chile de arbol salsa in blender as well.

  3. 3

    Blend until smooth, and empty into a large bowl

  4. 4

    Add cottage cheese and stir together. Enjoy with tortilla chips
