  1. 1 headbibb lettuce
  2. 1 tbspcoconut oil
  3. 1/2 cupdiced red onion
  4. 1 lbground chichen
  5. 3 tbspchopped fresh cilantro
  6. 3 tbsplime juice
  7. 1 1/2 tbspfish sauce
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tsppepper
  10. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  11. 1coconut aminos to taste (optional)
  12. 1hot sauce (optional)

    Separate the lettuce leaves and wash and dry them.

    In a large skillet, heat the coconut oil over medium heat, add the onions and sautè for one minute. Add the chicken and cook until it's no longer hunt, about 10 minutes.

    Stir in the cilantro, lime juice, fish sauce, salt, pepper, and chilli powder.

    Divided the lettuce leaves amomg four servings and spoon the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.

    Sprinkle on some coconut aminos and hot sauce. (If desired)
