  1. 1 envelopebacon cheddar mashed potato mix
  2. 1 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1 tbspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tbsponion powder
  5. 1 tbsporegano
  6. 2 cupchicken stock
  7. 1 canof beer i used budweiser
  8. 2 cupromano
  9. 1 cupsharp cheddar
  10. 1 cuppepper jack

  1. 1

    Empty beer into pot, add chicken stock and bring to slight boil.

  2. 2

    Add in any extra cheeses and your herbs and spices. Stir on a simmer until ingredients blended.

  3. 3

    Serve with pretzel sticks or bread of your choice to amp up the flavor.
