Rich, beery, cheesy goodness! :-P

I love broccoli cheese soup but I wanted something different and I remembered this little restaurant in downtown Jacksonville I went to that had this soup and I had to make it. I looked up several recipes and came to this final recipe and it was delicious!!

I like meat and potatoes, cheese makes it better also when you only use 2 beers you have 4 left ,I mean this isn't a tea party! just saying. I think Sam Adams would approve .

#GlobalApron 2024, week 39. Ingredient used; broccoli. I needed to use my milk and broccoli rather than it going to waste. I used all my cheddar cheese so I used velveeta cheese ( personally I like velveeta,(no judging). Soup is a dish you adjust to your liking. You may use less cheese and milk, add slowly until it is the consistency you want.
