Fir cooker me oil dale, garam hone par jeera dale.crackle hone par onion dale.

Ab onion ko 2-3 min. Mix karein.ab salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, green chilli daal kar mix karein.

Ab ghea daal de.water daal de.mix karein. Cooker band kar de.2-3 whistle aane par gas off karein.

After 15-20 min.steam niklne par cooker khole.mix it well.you can serve as with some soup of sabji or you can dry the soup of sabji on high flam for 2-3 min.

Sprinkle some Kali mirch powder and garam masala powder.
